Barriques

The term comes from the French barrique "barrique" and designates a small barrel, is 50 kg and a capacity of 225 liters. They can be however many sizes from 5 liters to 500 liters. The materials used are oak, acacia, etc.

Barrique classic Bordeaux has a capacity of 225 L, in Burgundy called "piece" and is 228 L, in American typology is 235 L.

The Company's production capacity is around 200 barriques of 225 liters / month or about 2,200 barriques / year.
